Our head chef, Sascha Kurgan, invites you on a culinary journey during the winter season.

This is a journey around the world in the truest sense of the word. Our menu takes you from the Alps to sunny coastal regions. Influenced by his classical training with the best chefs in Germany, Sascha combines new ideas with classic recipes. The different flavours from the fruits of nature inspire Sascha time and again to conjure up unique dishes and surprise his guests. That's why the Skykitchen menu is always changing, just like the seasons and nature. Let yourself be surprised and enjoy this exciting culinary journey.

The fact that not only the cuisine is of star quality, but also the host culture is unique, further emphasises the dining experience. Hosting is a passion for the maitré, Barbara Merll. She welcomes her guests in a charming, friendly and relaxed manner. You immediately realise that service is not just a profession for her, but a vocation. Born in Saarland, she is a true child of the catering trade and the guest is king with her. 

For the sommelier, Sharin Polte, too, a passion for enjoyment is both a driving force and an inspiration. When it comes to wine, nobody can fool her, but she also proves that it can be done without alcohol. Her non-alcoholic wine pairings are a real hit. Homemade juices, kefir products and broths make her drinks unique and therefore the perfect non-alcoholic accompaniment to dinner.
